At the end of 1800 our great-grandfather Antonio Demarchi attended the evening school and attained the qualification of master builder.
The building activity began in Venaria Reale with few men and few resources. The four sons Bartolomeo, Giuseppe (our grandfather), Mario and Valentino, still young, worked with their father in yards as boys.
In the second postwar period the four sons succeeded in the activity of their father, now old. The harmony and the passion for their job allowed them to increase the activity, building residential, public and industrial buildings, nowadays well inserted in the environment of Venaria.
In the half of 70s, three of the four sons, in retiring age, left. Our grandfather Giuseppe, helped by his two sons Valentino (our father) and Paolo, carried on the building activity with constructive typologies of great value, realizing residences, reconstructions and renovations of buildings in the old town centre.
At the beginning of 80s we joined the enterprise, at first as collaborators, later, at the end of 90s, founding the Demarchi Costruzioni, determined to continue the initial tradition based on quality and in paying particular attention to new constructive technologies.
Passion is our magic word with which we can overcome everyday problems, conscious that union and constant pursuit of new aims spur and infuse trust in the pursuit of the tradition.
